How long does setup take?

Most partners are live in 2–4 weeks. We handle the build, configuration, testing and App Store submission — you stay focused on running your business.

Do you offer stamp cards and points?

Yes, both. Stamp cards are brilliant for walk-in simplicity — especially salons, cafés and spas. Points programmes suit businesses where customers spend varying amounts. We configure whichever fits your business, or both running side by side.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. 100% of your customer data — purchase history, loyalty behaviour, contact details — belongs to your business. We never share, sell or use it.

Is there a commission on orders?

No commissions on orders through your app — unlike aggregators who take 15–30% per transaction. A small transaction fee applies to in-app orders (Founding Partners pay significantly less). Zero commission on stamps or loyalty redemptions.

Where do you operate?

VGS is actively onboarding businesses in Pakistan, the UAE and the UK. Founding Partner pricing is available in all three markets — in local currencies.

Does the Founding rate ever increase?
